In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Proved that just one letter could change the course of history. In his legacy, New Georgia Project Action Fund invites you to participate in our Letters4Power campaign to make your voice heard and demand change from those in power.
As an L4P change-maker, we’re asking you to send a letter to your elected officials, clergy, religious institutions, corporations, and community leaders demanding they support the issues that will help us the most – racial equity, reparations, a higher minimum wage, marijuana decriminalization, affordable housing, canceling student loan debt, access to affordable healthcare, reproductive justice, voting rights, and more.
Whatever change you most want to see, we want you to demand it by letter—a written letter, an email, a video you post on your socials, a song, a poem, even a rap. Whatever speaks to you to be able to speak your truth to power!
